Enter a Brand name to replace all the references to @Mail with your company or website details. If left empty @Mail will be used by default.
Enter a link to your Big Logo. This logo will be shown on the default login pages @Mail is supplied with. This can be either an external link (http://mycompany.com/MyBigLogo.gif) or a path relative to you installation folder. This logo will be displayed on the login page. Suggested dimensions are 180 x 55 pixels.
Supply an Alternative Message to display when people hold their mouse on your Big Logo.
Enter a link to your Small Logo. This logo will be shown on the Top Bar of the Blue Pane and the Simple Interface supplied with @Mail. This can be either an external link (http://mycompany.com/MySmallLogo.gif) or a path relative to your installation folder. This logo will be displayed on the Top Bar of the @Mail Interface. Suggested Dimensions are 100 x 50 pixels.
Supply an Alternative Message to display when users hold their mouse on your Small Logo.
Enter your Company URL so links previously going to the @Mail site will now be directed to your Company Site or portal.
Use a Logout URL to direct users to a specific page when logging out of @Mail. By default this link is the @Mail login page.
Use a Default Language in which to display @Mail. Currently @Mail supports over 10 languages, please contact us if you would like to install a language interface module.
The Disclaimer provides information to the user on the responsibilities and legalities of having an email account and will need to agree to this before being able to sign up an account. Use the default disclaimer, or specify a pathname to use your own. If you would not like a disclaimer option on the signin page, leave this field blank.
Enter a link to a Welcome Message that is automatically sent to all new users. This can be either an external link (http://mycompany.com/MyWelcoMemessage.html) or a path relative to your installation folder. The Welcome Message can be either Plain Text or HTML.
Use a Footer Message to automatically print a line of text under all outgoing messages sent with your email system. Two types of messages can be sent via @Mail, HTML mail and plain-text mail. The footer message can contain HTML characters, which are escaped if the message is sent in plain text.
You have the ability to change the footer-message depending on the system or user settings. Various variables can be embedded into the footer message which are expanded when the message is sent. Examples of the footer message include:
For systems with multiple domain names, you can append which domain the user sent the message under using the $pref['domain'] field. E.g:
Msg sent via $pref['domain'] - $pref['company_url']
Messages can append the generic Brandname of your site by referencing $pref['brandname']:
