The User Restrictions module allows you to modify
what functions are accessible to your users and which fields they may edit in
the @Mail Settings and @Mail Profile.
Specify Maximum messages sent per account and IP per day to set a limit
on the number of emails a user can send per day. A user is determined on their
account login details, as well as their IP. This function is designed to stop
users spamming from your email service.
Specify Maximum number of signups per IP per day to set a limit
on the number of accounts that can be created per IP per day. This function is designed to stop mass void accounts being created.
Specify Maximum recipients per message to set a limit on the number
of recipients a user can have for an email. This function is designed to stop
users spamming from your email service.
Set New Account Signup to allow or restrict new users from signing up
to an e-mail account on your server.
Allow LDAP Search. Allows users to query an LDAP database to search
for email addresses and user details.
Set Password Utility to allow or restrict people from using the Password
Utility that comes with @Mail. Allow Email Diversion. This will allow users to divert or forward their
account to another email address. Allow Calendar Support. This will allow users to access the @Mail calendar
service via the webinterface. Set Global Addressbook if you want your users to be able to have a list
of users visible in their Addressbook that are on your site. Set to Domain to
only list people who have an e-mail address on the same domain. Set to site
to print a list of All Users from All Domains you own, every user in your site. Set Address Import / Export to allow users to import existing addresses
into @Mail, from applications such as OutLook. Users can also export their email
account addresses into these external applications. Enable Address Group to allow users to create group addresses that contain
a number of email addresses. For example a user can email to group 'Hockey'
and have all people in that group automatically recipients. Sync Support allows users to sync their address book and Calendar with
external applications such as Outlook. Set Layout Changing to allow or restrict people from changing the Layout
in the @Mail Settings. Set Profile Changing to allow or restrict people from changing their @Mail Profile. Set Personal Folders to allow or restrict people from creating and accessing
any other folders except from their inbox, sent, drafts and trash. Set Login History to allow or restrict people from viewing their Login
History on the @Mail Start page. Set Multi Accounts to allow or restrict people accessing Multiple Accounts
via one interface within @Mail. The SMS Utility allows users to purchase SMS credits and send
SMS messages through the SMS feature in @Mail. The Mobile / WAP Access allows users to access their account
via a mobile device such as a cell phone via WAP. Mail Templates allows users to create a template for all email
messages. For example a user may add in a photo, footer or signature. The Enable IMAP subscribe Utility allows users who are accessing
an external IMAP account to check existing messages and other data from the
IMAP server. The Enable 'Ask Question' Menu allows users to type a question
via the HELP files that is sent to the Admin Email. You can specify the Admin
email via configuration.
