With the LDAP Settings you can set various settings that are required
to use if you are running a custom configured LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access
Protocol) server, or options / restrictions of what LDAP server your users can
use. The LDAP Server setting defines which LDAP Server is automatically displayed
in the field when your users use the LDAP function within @Mail. Allow custom LDAP server allows you to decide whether or not your users are
allowed to query other LDAP Servers then the one you entered under LDAP Server. The BaseDN is an optional configuration for the setting of an LDAP client.
The BindDN is required on some LDAP Servers, and is simply the user that
is needed to connect to the LDAP Server. Usually a valid LDAP Password
is also required.
